1. Who we are

2. What the app stores
The app keeps everything on your device (Android SharedPreferences and bundled files). Based on the current build, this includes:
- Your display name, learning goal, and daily-minute target from onboarding;
- Lesson progress, XP, streak days, saved words, flashcard marks, and settings (interface language, theme, sound, vibration, voice speed);
- Word-of-the-Day content shown in the optional Android home-screen widget, which reads the same on-device data.
We do not operate servers that receive this data, and no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or payment SDKs were found in the inspected build.
3. Microphone and speech
Polish pronunciation audio is either bundled in the app or produced by your device’s own text-to-speech voice — it is not sent to us. Speaking exercises may request microphone access for on-device speech recognition; any voice input is processed on the device by the OS speech service under your device settings, and we receive no recording.
4. Accounts and tracking
There are no accounts, no login, and no cross-device sync. Deleting the app removes its on-device data. The app contains no third-party trackers in the inspected build.
5. This website
This site is static content: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and submits nothing anywhere. The dictionary search runs entirely in your browser. If you email us, we receive only what you send; we keep support mail for [RETENTION, e.g. 12 months] and use it solely to answer you.
6. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only if required by law in [JURISDICTION], or with service providers needed to operate the app or site — currently: [PROVIDERS, e.g. app-store distribution and static hosting]. There are no advertising partners.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict processing.
